Directions to the Laboratory for Neural Computation at USC.

*** From PASADENA, or parts North

Take the 110 south past downtown LA to Exposition. At the exit, bend soft right through first light at Flowers St. and continue straight through second light one block later at Figueroa. You are now on Exposition. Proceed straight west along Exposition with the USC campus now to your right. Turn right at the first light at USC Watt Way, which is Gate 1. From here, see instructions for "Everybody".

*** From the WEST SIDE

Take the 10 west, exit Vermont, turn right (south) and proceed a half mile. When you pass the light at Jefferson, the USC campus will be on your left. Continue to Exposition, turn left, drive a short distance to the light at USC Watt Way, and enter the campus at Gate 1. From here, see instructions for "Everybody".

*** From the SOUTH

Take the (5 N to the) 405 N to the 110 N, exit Exposition. Proceed straight through the light and the next light at the DMV entrance. Bend hard left past the DMV to cross under the freeway. Proceed through the light at Flowers St. and continue straight through the light at Figueroa. Proceed west along Exposition with the USC campus to your right. Turn right at a stoplight at USC Watt Way, which is Gate 1. From here, see instructions for "Everybody".

*** EVERYBODY

Ask the guard at gate 1 for a parking permit in your name (if you have previously arranged this with me). Otherwise, pay $6 for a parking permit. Usually you will park in Parking Structure A and the guard will direct you there. When you exit the structure, you are near the corner of Downey and McClintock. Cross the street and proceed east along the north side of Downey on foot. Hedco Neuroscience Building (HNB) is the red brick building at the intersection of Watt Way and Downey.
